摘要
以现有丰田喷气织机为例,通过对该织机和津田驹喷水织机打纬机构的分析,采用优化原理,求出以丰田喷气织机的四连杆打纬机构为基架,改变曲柄半径进而得到四种与津田驹喷水织机对应的动程.再进行位移、速度、压力角等分析对比,证明两者相当接近.文章提出充分利用原有丰田喷气织机进一步发展喷水织机系列产品的可能性.
For Toyoda looms with air-jet weft propulsion only, the beating up mechanisms together with those of Tsudakoma water-jet looms are analysed. Then by changing the crank length based on the four-bar-linkage of jet looms to get four specifications of reed displacements corresponding to the series of Tsudakoma water jet looms, it can be proved by comparisons of displacements, velocities, accelerations and transmission pressure angles that those two series of mechanisms have very similar kinematic properties. So the possibility of developing a series of water jet looms modified from Toyoda air jet looms are proved feasible.
