摘要
文章阐述了客户关系管理的内涵及服装企业CRM的意义,介绍了CRM选型应关注的问题,同时提出了网络环境下服装企业有效实施CRM系统的策略,最后对该系统今后的发展进行了展望。
The connotation and signification of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) were expatiated to apparel enterprise. The choices of CRM model to apparel enterprise were simply introduced. The tactics of efficiently applying CRM under the network condition was put forward. In the end, the prospects of improving CRM system was fut forward.
