摘要
甘薯是我国四大主要粮食作物之一,具有丰富的营养价值。呼吸作用是农产品收获后进行的重要生理活动,是影响贮运效果的重要因素。测定呼吸强度可衡量呼吸作用强弱,了解农产品收获后生理状态,为低温和气调贮运以及呼吸热计算提供必要数据。可利用0.5%黄酮液浸泡3h的方法抑制甘薯呼吸作用,延长甘薯贮藏期。冷藏会刺激甘薯呼吸增强,但最终会达到一个稳定呼吸状态。大个甘薯的呼吸强度明显要弱与小个甘薯,大个甘薯呼吸强度为小个甘薯的73.6%。
Sweet potato is one of four main crops in China, with abundant nourishment. Aspiratory function is an important physiological function for post partum primary products, and an important factor influencing effect of storage and transportation. Determination of aspiratory intensity might differentiate aspiratory intensity, understand physiological function of post partum primary products, so as to provide basic data for low-temperature storage, control atmosphere storage and calculation of aspiratory heat. The optimum conditions of restrain sweet potato respiration were 0.5% flavanone, immersing 3h in order to prolong storage of sweet potato. Cold storage might activate respiration of sweet potato and a balance arrived subsequently. Respiration intensity of big sweet potato was 73.6% weaker than that of little one.
