大掺量磷渣硅酸盐水泥的试验研究 被引量:16

摘要 研究了磷渣比表面积、磷渣掺量、窑灰掺量和激发剂对四个水泥体系物理性能的影响。结果表明:配置高掺量磷渣硅酸盐水泥,磷渣细度应控制在比表面积500m2/kg左右为宜;15%的窑灰掺量对磷渣水泥后期强度有显著的提高,特别是在磷渣掺量较大的情况下,平均增长率可达到20%以上;硫酸钠对磷渣水泥3d强度有一定的提高,对28d强度影响不大;在磷渣窑灰复掺水泥体系中,硫酸钠均不同程度提高了体系的3d和28d强度。 Studied the influence of specific surface area and mix ratio of phosphorous slag, mix ratio of kiln dust and excitant on the physical performance of four cement system, The results show that when produce high-phosphorous-slag portland cement, the fineness of phosphorous slag should be controlled at about 500 m2/kg; and when the mix ratio of kiln dust is 15%, the late strength of the phoshporous slag cement can be increased obviously, especially with high phosphorous slag mix ratio, the average increasing ratio can even reach above 20%. And adding sodium sulfate can improve the three-days strength of the phosphorous slag cement at a certain extent, although it has nothing to do with the 28-days strength; however, in the phosphorous-slag kiln-dust cement system, adding sodium can improve the system strength both of the three-days and 28-days at different extent.
