摘要
根据现有的故障—质量模型,为模型建立估计法则以估计过程均值与方差,并得到假设检验模型以验证误差是否显著存在,从而达到辨识故障是否发生的目的。结合汽缸盖的加工过程,对这一理论进行实验验证。
Based on the cause-effect relationship in MMP, the ML estimation algorithm is adopted to estimate the process mean and variance in the manufacturing process of engine head. Then a hypothesis testing method is developed to determine whether process faults exist in terms of statistical significance.
