摘要
应用PWM设计高可靠DC-DC变换器,其开关频率更高,可达1 MHz,这样减小了储能元件的尺寸,可采用陶瓷电容器,提高系统的可靠性,降低了成本。分析了Si9114的工作原理,并给出28 V输入,5 V/5 A输出的DC-DC变换器的应用电路。
The high reliability DC-DC convertor is designed using PWM.The DC-DC convertor features high switch frequency up to 1MHz using ultra-small inductors and ceramic capacitors. So it is improved reliability,low cost.The operation principle of Si9114 is analysed.The application circuit of DC-DC convertor which has 28V input, 5V/5A output is given in the paper.
