儿童乳牙列完全反正畸治疗的投影测量分析

Cephalometric analysis for the children with crossbite occlusion of whole deciduous dentition after the orthodontic treatment

目的:观察乳牙列完全反患儿早期进行正畸治疗效果。方法:采用活动矫治器配合扩弓簧和单个双曲簧或联合双曲簧扩大患儿上颌牙弓宽度。结果:38例患儿建立了合适的咬关系,改善了面容。结论:乳牙列反矫正效果好,在阻止儿童的上、下颌骨不正常发育中作用极大。

Objective：In order to treat the patients who had whole deciduous dentition crossbite with orthodontics early. Methods：The arch width of 38 patients was expanded by use of removable appliances which contained single or conjunctive duplex spring and expansing arch spring. Results：The acceptable occlusion were achieved.Their facies were improved. Conclusion：To correct whole deciduous dentition crossbite had a good effect and relationship in stopping abnormal development of maxilla and mandible in children.
