摘要
目的:探讨核转录因子κB(NFκB)mRNA在卵巢癌组织中的表达和意义。方法:采用原位杂交方法检测卵巢癌组织和正常卵巢组织中NFκB/p65mRNA的表达。结果:NFκB/p65mRNA在卵巢癌中的表达明显强于正常卵巢,与卵巢癌临床分期相关。结论:NFκB与卵巢癌的发生发展密切相关。
Objective：To investigate the expression and significance of NFκBmRNA in ovarian cancer. Methods：To detect the expression of NFκB/p65mRNA with in situ hybridization histochemistry（ISHH）. Results：The intensity of NFκBmRNA in the study group was significantly stronger than the control group and correlated with clinical stages. Conclusion：NFκB may play an important role in oncogenesis and development of ovarian cancer.
