多瑞吉配合中药制剂治疗晚期癌痛的临床观察

Clinical study of xiangsha liujunzi decoction and fentanyl for late cancerous pain

目的:观察香砂六君子汤配合多瑞吉治疗晚期癌痛的临床疗效。方法:将41例晚期癌痛患者随机分为两组,观察组21例和对照组20例均用芬太尼透皮贴剂(多瑞吉)止痛治疗,观察组在此基础上加服香砂六君子汤(处方:木香,砂仁,党参,白术,茯苓,陈皮,姜半夏,甘草)。观察用药15天后疼痛强度、不良反应及生活质量等指标。结果:观察组在镇痛效果、不良反应及提高生活质量等方面均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:香砂六君子汤配合多瑞吉治疗晚期癌痛,可增强多瑞吉镇痛作用,减少不良反应,提高患者生活质量。

Objective：To observe the clinical effect of xiangsha liujunzi decoction and fentanyl in relieving late cancerous pain. Methods：41 subjects were randomized into observation group（n=21） and control group （n=20） and both groups were treated with fentanyl.Besides this, xiangsha liujunzi decoction was also given in observation group. After 15 days treatment,the pain severity,negative effects and life quality were assessed. Results：The pain relief, negative effects abatement and life quality were better in observation group than in control group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion：It is revealed that the xiangsha liujunzi decoction plus fentanyl can be employed to relieve cancerous pain.
