35例跟骨关节内移位骨折的手术治疗

Operative treatment of 35 cases of displaced intra-articular fractures of the calcaneus

目的:探讨切开复位内固定治疗跟骨关节内移位骨折的临床效果。方法:骨折采用Sanders分型法,35例37侧采用切开复位内固定治疗,全部病例获得3￣28个月随访,平均随访11个月。结果:所有骨折均愈合。按Maryland足部评分系统评价,本组优25侧(67.56%),良7侧(18.92%),可4侧(10.81%),优良率86.49%。结论:切开复位内固定是治疗跟骨关节内移位骨折的有效方法。应尽量恢复关节面的平整和跟骨的外形。

Objective：To investigate the clinical results of open reduction and internal fixation for displaced intra-articular fractures of the calcaneus. Methods：The fractures were classified according to Sanders classification. 35 cases（37 sides） were treated by open reduction and internal fixation. All cases were followed up from 3~28 months（average of 11 months）.Results：All fractures were healing. Functional results were evaluated using Marryland foot score and excellent results occupied in 18（69.44%）, good in 5（19.44%）,fair in 3（11.11%） and the satisfactory rate was 88.88%. Conclusion：Open reduction and internal fixation is an effective method for the treatment of displaced intra-articular fractures of the calcaneus. Restoration of articular congruency and the shape of the calcaneus should be gained as more as possible.
