摘要 目的探讨酒精引起的大鼠肝肾损伤模型中肾脏的病理学改变及肾组织中转化生长因子-β1(TGF-β1)的表达。方法以酒精灌胃法制备大鼠酒精性肝肾损伤模型,以光镜和电镜观察肾组织病理改变;免疫组化染色观察肾组织中TGF-β1的表达。结果光镜下HE染色可见模型组肾组织在相应阶段出现肾小管间质内炎性细胞浸润、上皮细胞空泡变性肿胀及管腔闭塞等;电镜下模型组肾组织在相应阶段出现间质内的纤维成分增多;免疫组化染色模型组肾小管上皮细胞内TGF-β1呈阳性表达,随酒精负荷时间的增加阳性表达增加(P<0.01)。结论大鼠酒精性肾损伤以肾小管-间质的炎性改变及形成肾间质纤维化为主要病理特征;酒精性肾损伤模型机制可能与肾组织中TGF-β1的阳性表达明显增加有关。 [Objective] To investigate the renal pathological changes and the expression of TGF-β1 in renal and liver injury nlodels induced by alcohol in rats. [Methods] Experinlental nlodel of alcoholic renal and liver injury nlodels were established in rats with oral adnlinistration of alcohol. Histopathological changes in the renal were observed by light microscope and electron microscope, hnmunohistochemistry was used to detect the expression of TGF-β1 [Results ] Inflammatory cells infiltrated into tubulointerstitial tissure, epithelial cells were vacuolar degeneration, tubules were obliterated, and fiber tissue increased in the renal of the nlodel rats. The expression of TGF-β1 was positive in the tubular cells and increased with the alcoholic loading tinle extending. [Conclusion] The alcoholic renal injury in rats is characterized by inflanlnlatory changes of tubulointerstitial tissue and fibrosis of interstitial tissue, and nlay be related to the increasing expression of TGF-β11.
