摘要
冠循环机理的研究对于心脏病的起因、预防和治疗有着重要的意义。冠状动脉血流同时受到主动脉血压、心肌收缩、舒张机械力等多种因素的影响。为了提高实验数据的可靠性,需要使某些因素处于受控状态。这种体外循环装置可以对冠状动脉直接进行恒压灌流,为冠循环的研究提供了新的手段。通过对本装置的详细测试和动物实验的实际应用,进一步证明了其良好性能和应用价值。
The principle of coronary circulation is important to the cause, the prevention and the treatment of the heart diseases. The blood flow of coronary artery is affected by many factors such as the main artery pressure, the mechanical force caused by the systole and the diastole of the cardiac muscles and so on. It is needed to control some of the factors in order to ensure the reliability of the data from experiment- This extracorporeal circulation systern can perfuse coronary artery directly with constant pressure, therfore it supplys a new method to the research in coronary circulation. The perfect functions are confirmed by the detail examinations and the animal experiments.
