摘要 针对影响维修性设计水平的因素存在多样性和不确定性特点,定性分析影响维修性设计因素,将赋权重思想引入灰色分析法中,建立基于改进灰色分析法的维修性设计评价模型,定量地对维修性设计方案进行评估.根据评判结果,进行方案选择或作出设计改进,保证维修性设计满足规定的要求.以对某装备的维修性设计评估为例说明该方法的应用. Considering the variety and uncertainty of factors influencing the level of maintainability design, qualitative analysis on such factors was conducted. By introducing the idea of right weights into Grey Relational Analysis, a maintainability design evaluation model based on Grey Relational Analysis was established to quantitatively evaluate the schemes of maintainability design. According to the evaluating results, selection of schemes or improvement on design was done to guarantee that the maintainability design fulfill the requirements. An evaluation on some equipment was taken as example to illustrate its application.
