摘要
针对全自动生化分析系统高精度、小型化需求,设计了一种新型的小型生化分析仪自动进样系统.采用小型直线步进电机,实现样品的自动提取.根据仪器的性能需求,给出进样系统的结构.通过对试验数据的分析得出系统的误差补偿曲线和校正方法.最后的试验结果表明,系统实现了预期的性能指标,可以满足实用化的需求.
A new type of automatic sampling system for small biochemical analyzer was developed to fulfill the small but high-accurate requirements of automatic biochemical analyzing system. Small linear actuator was utilized to sample automatically. Then the system's structure was presented according to the equipment's performance requirements. Based on test data analysis system, error compensation curve was obtained and corrected. The final test results show that the system achieves the expected performance index and meets practical demands.
