摘要 根据集成块的结构特点提出一种集成块布孔的优化方法,建立集成块空间布孔优化设计的数学模型和参数化描述,并结合遗传粒子群算法运用Visual Basic 6.0语言对提出的数学模型和优化方法进行编程实现.程序运行实例表明,运用遗传粒子群算法优化该数学模型可以很好地完成集成块的布孔优化设计,为以后集成块的自动优化设计和绘图打下坚实的基础,具有一定的实用价值. An optimization method of holes in hydraulic manifold blocks was put forward according to its structure features. A mathematic model and parameterized description of optimization design of the holes were established. By combining genetic particle swarm algorithm, the established mathematic model and optimization method were programmed by the application of Visual Basic 6.0. The result of the program indicates that optimization design of these holes can be completed by generic particle swarm algorithm, which provides solid foundation for automatic optimization design and drawing of these holes. Therefore, this method has great practical value.
