真皮片在面部凹陷畸形中的应用

Application of dermis slice in facial depression

目的:利用真皮片矫治面部凹陷畸形,以达到面部的和谐美。方法:本手术方法是通过切取下腹部真皮组织充填面部凹陷部位,并用3/0的丝线固定。结果:用此法对36例面部凹陷畸形患者进行了矫治,术后随访3个月至2年,效果满意者34例,占94.44%。效果不明显者2例,占5.56%,3个月后再次植入真皮后效果满意。结论:真皮片充填是矫治面部凹陷畸形有效的手术方法。

Objective Utilizing dermis slice to correct facial depression, in order to reach the facial harmonious beauty. Method The facial depression was filled with dermis slice tissue cutting from the lower abdomen, and fixed with 3/0 wire. Results 36 cases with facial depression were followed up for 3 months to 2 years. 34 cases got satisfied results, and accounted for 94.44%. 2 got unobvious results, and accounted for 5.56%. The effect was satisfied after the second implantation of dermis slice 3 months later. Conclusion Dermis slice filling is an effective surgical treatment for facial depression.
