小骨窗经侧裂入路显微外科治疗高血压脑出血(基底节区部位血肿) 被引量:2

摘要 目的:研究高血压脑出血手术的微创化和减少周围神经组织的继发性损伤。方法:利用小骨窗开颅经侧裂入路和显微外科技术治疗。结果:患者重残率、死亡率明显下降,血肿复发率下降,血肿清除率明显提高。术后24h GCS计分明显提高。结论:采用小骨窗开颅经侧裂入路和显微外科技术可以利用脑组织正常间隙及非重要功能区进行操作,脑组织损伤小,有效保护血肿周围脑组织和重要豆纹动脉穿通支,减少因手术引起的继发性损伤。术后神经功能恢复快,并发症少。
