芬太尼不同给药时间复合异丙酚对超导可视无痛人工流产效果的观察

Study on effect of fentanyl combined with Diprivan at different time point in supraconduction visible aponia induced abortion

目的:探讨使用芬太尼不同给药时间复合异丙酚在超导可视无痛人工流产术中的应用效果。方法:选择人工流产的早孕患者120例,随机分为3组。3组患者均先用静脉滴管静脉滴注芬太尼0.1mg。Ⅰ组,1min后静脉推注异丙酚1.5mg/kg;Ⅱ组,2min后静脉推注异丙酚1.5mg/kg;Ⅲ组,3min后静脉推注异丙酚1.5mg/kg。观察3组患者诱导麻醉时间、苏醒状况、异丙酚用量。结果:第Ⅲ组患者异丙酚用量明显减少,平均总用量为(94±17)mg;诱导时间(注入异丙酚至意识消失时间)明显缩短为(43.5±5.8)s;苏醒快,完全。术毕意识恢复时间为(1.9±0.7)min。结论:在芬太尼复合异丙酚对超导可视无痛人工流产中,使用芬太尼3min后静推异丙酚可以明显减少异丙酚的用量,减少不良反应的发生,是安全、有效、经济的静脉麻醉方法。

Objective To study the effect of fentanyl combined with Diprivan at different time point in supraconduction visible aponia induced abortion. Method 120 patients of early pregnancy were divided into three groups, and fentanyl （0.1 mg） were used in all patients. Diprivan of 1.5 mg/kg was used in group Ⅰ 1 min after fentanyl was used, the same dose was used 2 rain and 3 rain after fentanyl was used in group Ⅱ and group Ⅲ, respectively. Induction time,analepsia state and dose of Dipfivan were observed. Results Induction time, analepsia state and dose of Dipfivan between the three groups had significant differences. Dose of Diprivan（ 94±17 ）mg and induction time （43.5±5.8 ） s in group Ⅲ were less than the other two groups. Time of analepsia was also less than the other two groups. Conclusion When fentanyl combined with Diprivan is used in supraconduction visible aponia induced abortion, the method that Diprivan isused 3 rain after fentanyl is used, can decrease dose of Diprivan and reduce adverse effects, and it may be safe, effective and economic vein anesthesia method.
