“安多福”用于烧伤创面换药疗效观察

Effect observation of "Anduofu" PVP-I in change dressings of burning area

目的:研究应用新药新方法"安多福"。方法:将浅Ⅱ度深Ⅱ度烧伤患者30例随机分成两组,对照组用凡士林纱布包扎治疗,实验组用0.1%"安多福"纱布包扎治疗或者直接喷涂,对其进行临床效果分析。结果:"安多福"治疗组的分泌物与对照组相比明显减少(P<0.05),用药后细菌数量减少,创面愈合时间提前。结论:采用"安多福"组治疗烧伤创面方法简单,疗效显著,值得推广。

Objective To study the new method of new medicine ＂Anduofu＂PVP - I. Method 30 examples with light Ⅱ°, deep Ⅱ ° burning were divided into two groups randomly, the control group with the petroleum jelly gauze wrap treatment, the experimental group with 0.1% ＂Anduofu＂PVP- Ⅰ, and the effect was observed. Results The experimental group＇s secretion was smaller than the control group （P 〈 0.05）. After the medication, bacterium quantity reduced, injured area cicatrization timing advanced. Conclusion ＂Anduofu PVP - Ⅰ treating the buring area is simple, the curative effect is remarkable.
