β-甘露聚糖酶对蛋鸡生产性能和鸡蛋品质的影响 被引量:5

摘要 将240只36周龄健康罗曼蛋鸡随机分为4组,在其基础日粮中分别添加0g/kg、0.1g/kg、0.2g/kg、0.3g/kg的β-甘露聚糖酶,观察其对蛋鸡生产性能和鸡蛋品质的影响。试验结果表明:与对照组相比,在蛋鸡日粮中加入0.2g/kg的β-甘露聚糖酶可显著提高平均蛋重1.46%(P<0.01);显著降低破蛋率0.54个百分点(P<0.05);在蛋品质方面可显著增加蛋壳的厚度15.35%(P<0.01);增加蛋黄比色值8.54%(P<0.05)。 Two hundred and Forty 36-week-age Rohmen layers were used to evaluate the effect of β-mannanase on production performance and egg quality. The layers were assigned to four treatments randomly,they were fed basal diet added with 0.1 g/kg,0.2 g/kg,0.3 g/kg β-mannanase respectively. The result showed that the addition of 0.2 g/kg β-mannanase could increase the average egg weight dramatically (P〈0.01)by 1.46%,and the broken egg rate was decreased by 0.54 percentage (P〈0.05). Also it could increase eggshell thickness dramatically (P〈0.01)by 15.35%,and increase colorimetric ratio of yolk significantly(P〈0.05)by 8.54%.
