缙云麻鸭与绍兴鸭免疫器官与细胞免疫功能比较研究 被引量:10

摘要 选用1日龄健康绍兴鸭和缙云麻鸭公雏各50只,分别于10日龄和70日龄各任选8只检测胸腺、脾脏、法氏囊重量和指数、血清细胞因子(IL-2,IFN-γ)水平、外周血淋巴细胞ANAE阳性率与淋巴细胞转化率等指标。试验结果表明:①缙云麻鸭在10日龄时的免疫器官重量和指数以及10日龄和70日龄时的IFN-γ水平、T淋巴细胞ANAE阳性率和T淋巴细胞转化率均高于绍兴鸭;②绍兴鸭在70日龄时的免疫器官重量及10日龄和70日龄时的IL-2水平均高于缙云麻鸭;③70日龄的绍兴鸭与缙云麻鸭的免疫器官指数无明显差异(P>0.1)。缙云麻鸭和绍兴鸭的免疫系统发育与细胞免疫功能均有一定差异。 By measuring the weight and growth index of thymus, spleen and Fabricius,the levels of Interleukin-2 (IL-2) and interferon-gamma(IFN-γ),the ANAE positive percentage and transformation of the peripheral blood T lymphocytes,the immune organs and cell immune function were investigated between Jingyun and Shaoxing ducks. The results showed that the weight and growth index of immune organs at 10 days age,the levels of IFN-γ and the ANAE positive percentage and transformation of the peripheral blood T lymphocytes at 10 and 70 days age in Jingyun ducks were higher than those of Shaoxing ducks. The weight of immune organs at 70 days age and the levels of IL-2 at 10 and 70 days age in Shaoxing ducks were higher than those of Jingyun ducks. There were no significantly difference in the growth index of immune organs between Jingyun ducks and Shaoxing ducks at 70 days old.
