摘要 建立了测定山茱萸及其保健酒中马钱苷含量的高效液相色谱分析法。样品用80%甲醇回流提取并用0.45μm微孔滤膜过滤。色谱柱为Phenomsil C18 BDS柱(250mm×4.6mm,5μm),柱温为35℃,马钱苷检测波长为236 nm,流动相为乙腈-水(14:86),流速为1mL/min。该方法测得马钱苷的线性范围为0.092μg/mL~0.92μg/mL,回归方程为:A=1264.1C+18.992(R=0.9997),平均回收率为99.82%,RSD=1.95%(n=5);山茱萸及其保健酒中马钱苷的含量分别为1.378%、0.703%。此法准确、快捷、重复性好,适合于马钱苷的含量测定。 A method for the determination of loganin in comus and comus health wine was established. Samples were prepared by circumfluence extracted by 80% methanol and filtered through 0.45 μm membrane. Loganin was detected at 236 nm after separation using a Phenomsil C18 BDS column (250 mm×4.6 mm, 5 μm) thermostated at 35% with a mobile phase of acetonitrile-water (14:86) at a flow rate of 1 mL/min. The regression equation was A=1264.1C+18.992 (R=0.9997) with a linear range 0.092 μg/mL-0.92μg/mL and average recovery was 99.82%, RSD=1.95% (n=5). The contents ofloganin in comus and comus health wine were 1.378% and 0.703% respectively. This method was accurate, fast, reliable and suitable for the determination of loganin.
