摘要 围绕如何有效地解决内燃机车电控柴油机的故障诊断问题,提出了CAN总线机车控制网络下的故障诊断单元设计方案,并阐述了故障诊断的基本原理。基于D—S证据理论的两级故障诊断算法的引入为相关知识库的设计和组织提供了便利,使得故障的不确定性降低,从而可以更好地提取故障信息。最后,分别从硬件和软件方面阐述了设计思路,并对其关键部分进行了说明。经现场测试,该设计方案能够很好地判断和排除故障。 For the problem how to solve effectively the fault diagnosis of electronic-controlled diesel engine, the scheme of fault diagnosis unit based on CAN bus locomotive control network was presented, and the principal of fault diagnosis was also introduced. The uncertainty of faults was reduced and the fault information was better extracted because the two-stage diagnosis algorithm based on D-S theory was introduced. At last, the design of hardware and software was analyzed and the key parts of them were discussed for further. The results show that the faults can be effectively judged and eliminated with the unit.
