摘要
目的:研究不同表面处理方法对金属托槽与光固化复合树脂修复体粘接抗剪切强度的影响,找出适合树脂面与金属托槽粘接的树脂表面处理方法。方法:制作树脂试件40个,平均分为A,B,C,D4组,A组:酒精擦拭,B组:打磨粗糙,C组:9.6%氢氟酸酸蚀,D组:9.6%氢氟酸酸蚀+硅烷偶联剂。用光固化复合树脂粘接剂粘接后冷热循环作抗剪强度测试,并记录托槽去除时的树脂面破损情况。结果:采用打磨粗糙组,氢氟酸酸蚀+硅烷组的粘接抗剪切强度明显高于酒精擦拭组和氢氟酸酸蚀组(P<0.01),打磨组树脂面破损率高于其他组,但各组无显著性差异(P>0.05)。结论:氢氟酸酸蚀+硅烷可提高剪切强度,硅烷是良好的表面处理剂。
Objective :To compare the effects of various surface treatments on the shear bonding strength between metal brackets and resin surfaces, and determine which surface treatment can offer adequate bonding strength and keep the resin intact after debonding. Methods:Forty disc shaped resin specimens were randomly assigned to the following treatments :A :alcohol cleansing group,B:grinded group,C:9.6% hydrofluoric group,D: 9.6% hydrofluoric combined with silane group. Metal was bonded onto each treated disc with light- cured composite followed by thermo- crymo- cycling, and then the shear bonding strength was determined. The resin fracture after debonding was measured. Results:The shear bonding strength in the grinded group and 9. 6% hydrofluoric combined with silane group was much greater than that in the alcohol cleansing group and 9. 6% hydrofluoric group. The rate of resin fracture in the grinded group was higher than that in other groups. Conclusion:9. 6% hydrofluoric combined with silane group can enhance the shear bonding strength, and silane is a better surface treatment.
