Determination of Astragaloside Ⅳ content in Astragalus Membranaceus root,stem and leaf

目的:测定黄芪根、茎、叶中黄芪甲苷的含量。方法:本实验以黄芪甲苷为标准品,采用薄层扫描法,对黄芪根、茎、叶中的黄芪甲苷进行含量测定。结果:黄芪叶中黄芪甲苷含量高于根。结论:黄芪茎叶有潜在的开发价值。

Objective. To Compare the content of Astragaloside Ⅳ in different parts of Astragalus Membranaceus. Methods ：TLC-spectrophotometry was used to determine the content of Astragaloside Ⅳ. Results： The level of Astragaloside Ⅳ in the leaf was higher than the root. Conclusion： Astragalus Membranaceus leaves are worth developing and using.
