摘要
通过低温焊接影响分析及对策、焊工防护及适应性训练、焊接设备防护及材料管理、预热后热制度、焊接工艺等方面对建筑钢结构低温焊接技术进行了全面深入的研究,总结出建筑钢结构低温焊接的成套施工技术并应用于工程实践,有效地保证了钢结构的低温焊接质量。
Full and deep study is made on the low-temperature weld technology of building steel structure in respects of impact analysis of low-temperature on the weld and countermeasures, protection and adaptability training of welders, after-warm-up requirement, windproof and weld workmanship and etc. A complete set of low-temperature welding technology is summarized which may be beneficial to the revision of relevant codes and engineering practice in the future.
