摘要
国家体育馆主体钢结构部分受力体系为型钢混凝土框架-剪力墙-钢支撑。其跨度较大,型钢骨架结构复杂,钢支撑及牛腿种类繁多,加工制作难度大。通过主体钢结构部分的制作工艺及其质量控制,现场安装非常顺利,焊接质量完全达到标准要求,高强螺栓的一次穿孔率达99%以上,创出了优质工程。
The load bearing system of the main steel structure of National Indoor Stadium is composed of profiled steel concrete frame, shear wall and steel support. Due to its large span, complicated construction of the profiled steel frame and various types of steel supports and corbels, the fabrication is a hard job. Through controlling the fabrication process and the quality of the main steel structure, site erection was carried out very smoothly. The welding quality completely reached the standard requirements, and the once punching rate of the high-performance bolts reached 99%, creating an excellent project.
