籼稻9311HR显性高秆突变体的遗传分析 被引量:3

摘要 在9311导人bar基因的后代9311HR中发现了1个高秆突变体。与原品系相比,高秆突变体的株高增加70~120cm,各节间长度均有所增加。各节间的株高构成系数(各节间长度占株高的百分比),倒1节间比原品系低5—8个百分点;基部第1节间则比原品系高5~7个百分点;其余节间与原品系相近。该突变体穗长明显变长,每穗总粒数和每穗实粒数明显增加,一次枝梗数和结实率无明显差异。对该突变体进行遗传分析的结果表明,其高秆性状受1对显性基因控制。 A tall mutant was found in the transgenic rice 9311HR resistant to herbicide Basra and bred by transferring the bar gene into the indica line 9311. Compared with the elite line 9311 HR, the plant height of the mutant was 70 - 120 cm higher resulted from the elongated internodes. The plant height component (the percentage of an intemode length to its plant height) of the uppermost internode was 5% -8% more than the elite line, but 5% -7% less than the elite line for the lowest internode. The mutant also had longer panicle, more spikelets and filled grains per panicle than the elite line. But there existed no difference in the number of primary branches and seed setting rate between the mutant and elite line. Genetic analysis revealed that the plant height of the mutant was controlled by a single dominant gene.
