摘要
选用PIC五元配套系商品代28 d断奶仔猪128头,随机分成4个处理组,每组4个重复,每个重复8头,试验期为21 d。饲料处理分为4组:Ⅰ,5%鱼粉;Ⅱ,2.5%鱼粉+4.0%去皮膨化全脂大豆;Ⅲ,12.6%去皮膨化全脂大豆(无鱼粉);Ⅳ,35.5%去皮豆粕(无鱼粉)。观察仔猪的生长性能、肠道酶活性的变化以及肠道组织形态学的宏观和微观变化。结果显示:Ⅱ组仔猪日均增重较Ⅰ组提高16.97%(P<0.01);各处理间仔猪肠道脂肪酶比活性差异不显著(P>0.05);Ⅱ组空肠黏膜重比体重较Ⅲ组和Ⅳ组分别提高61.23%(P<0.05)和63.60%(P<0.05);Ⅲ组仔猪十二指肠绒毛高度、隐窝深度和肠壁厚度与Ⅰ组、Ⅱ组和Ⅳ组相比差异不显著(P>0.05),空肠绒毛高度、绒毛高度比隐窝深度以及隐窝深度与Ⅰ组和Ⅱ组相比差异不显著(P>0.05),各处理间仔猪回肠肠壁厚度差异不显著(P>0.05)。表明用去皮膨化全脂大豆做饲料对断奶仔猪的生产性能和肠道发育无不良影响,因而在断奶仔猪饲料中用去皮膨化全脂大豆取代鱼粉和豆粕是可行的。
128 piglets weaned at 28 d of age were divided randomly into four groups. The four groups were fed diets with 5% fish meal(treatment Ⅰ), 2. 5% fish meal +4.0% flayed and extruded full-fat soybean(treatment Ⅱ), 12. 6% flayed and extruded full-fat soybean ( treatment Ⅲ ), and 35.5% flayed soybean ( treatment Ⅳ), respectively. The results showed that ADG of group Ⅱ were increased by 16. 97% ( P 〈 0. 01 ) compared with group Ⅰ ; jejunum mucosal weight/body weight of piglets in group Ⅱ were increased by 61.23% ( P 〈 0. 05 ) and 63.60% ( P 〈 0. 05 ) separately compared with group m and group Ⅳ; the differences of villus height, crypt depth and wall thickness of duodenum in group m were not significant compared with the other groups(P 〉0. 05) ; and also the differences of wall thickness of ileum were not significant(P 〉0. 05) in 4 groups. The results suggested that flayed and extruded full-fat soybean had no adverse effects on the growth performance and development of small intestine of weaned piglets, and flayed and extruded full-fat soybean can be used to replace fish meal or flayed soybean in the pig production.
