日粮纤维源对扬州鹅生长性能及部分生理指标的影响 被引量:14

摘要 以苜蓿草粉和黑麦草粉为主要纤维源,采用日粮组成和营养素含量相近但纤维源不同的3种日粮,饲喂4~8周龄扬州鹅,测定试验鹅体重、体尺和部分生理指标。试验结果表明:日粮组成和营养素含量均相近时,不同的纤维源对扬州鹅体增重的影响不显著,但是对血清L水平和部分体尺指标有影响;不同的纤维源主要影响了鹅盲肠长度占消化道总长的比例和盲肠重量占消化道总重的比例;饲喂混合纤维源的扬州鹅在大部分指标方面优越于饲喂单一纤维源扬州鹅,因此在扬州鹅生产实践中,应使用混合纤维源日粮。 Alfalfa meal, ryegrass meal, and the mixture of the two meals were used as the main fiber sources of three kinds of diets with similar composition and nutrition contents fed to Yangzhou geese aged at 4 to 8 weeks. Body measurement, body weight and some physiological parameters of those geese were measured and determined. When dietary components and dietary nutrient ingredients were similar, fiber sources affected not only the T3 level in goose serum and some body measurement parmeters significantly, but the proportions of cecum length to the gastrointestinal tract length and cecum weight to the gastrointestinal tract weight. The geese fed with mixed meals performed better in body weight, body measurement and physiological characteristics than those fed with alfalfa meal or ryegrass meal. It could be indicated that diet with mixed fiber source was better for goose in the production practice.
