摘要 采用SH-A工艺对辽宁丹东焦化厂污水处理站原有的A2/O工艺进行改造,改造后的稳定运行表明:污水处理站的处理效果、动力消耗及运行稳定性等均好于原有工艺,处理后出水达到污水综合排放标准(GB8978-1996一级),可回用于厂内熄焦或外排。该工艺适合推广应用于焦化污水、垃圾渗滤液、养殖、化肥等高含氮有机污水的处理。 The SH-A process was used for treating coking wastewater from a sewage treatment station in Dandong to replace the former A2/O process. During the stable operation process, it showed that treating effect, energy loss and stable operation of the SH-A process is better than that of the former process. The water quality of the final effluent can reach to the first grade of Intergrate Wastewater Discharge Standard(GB8978-1996).The water can be reused for extinguishing coakcr in coking plant or drainage .This process is suitable to treat the organic wastewater with high concentration ammonia, such as coking sewage,landfill leachate, raising poultry and livestock, discharge water and fertilizer and so on.
