水解酸化与接触氧化在牛仔洗漂污水回用工程的应用 被引量:2

摘要 广东某牛仔服装洗水有限公司洗漂污水处理工程设计处理污水能力为2000m3/d,采用混凝沉淀+水解酸化+接触氧化+砂滤+消毒工艺。从2004年4月运行以来出水稳定,相关指标达到并高于广东省水污染物限值(DB44/26-2001),且50%回用到了洗漂工序中。本文主要介绍该工程的工程概况、工艺参数、调试过程和运行效果。 The waste water treatment and reuse project of a jean washing company in Guangdong was introduced. With design capacity of two thousand cubic meters per day, the project included coagulation and sedimentation ,hydrolytic acidification ,contact oxidation ,sand filter and disinfection. It has been running stable and water quality has achieved to Guangdong Province Water Pollution Restrict (DB44/26-2001), and 50 percent disposed water has been reused in jean washing procedure since 2004 April. The general situation of the project, the technological parameters, debug method and treatment result were particularized.
