This paper introduces basic framework of GLOBAL EYE network monitor system platform, proposes solution of remote network video monitor system based on Internet and GLOBAL EYE platform in accordance with the actual requirements of Donghui Group, discusses type selections of the equipments, summarizes characteristics of the system construction.
