烧结过程中二噁英的产生机理和控制 被引量:21

摘要 铁矿石烧结过程是二噁英主要污染源之一。通过分析二噁英的性质及其在烧结过程中的产生机理,得出二噁英在烧结床高温带以下干燥带形成,且最佳生成温度为300℃。根据二噁英的排放特点,总结出适于烧结烟气二噁英污染控制的方法以及发展方向。 The iron ore sintering process is one of dioxin pollution sources. Authors analyzed dioxin's characteristic and the mechanism of dioxin formation in sintering process. Dioxin is formed in the drying zone of sintering bed, and the best formation temperature is 300 ℃. On the base of the study of the dioxin-emitting characters, the suitable control methods for dioxin is summarized, and the develop trends of these techniques was pointed out.
