马歇尔-勒纳条件适用性研究与修正：基于全球生产网络的视角被引量：2

摘要马歇尔-勒纳条件是以国际贸易为最终产品贸易为假定条件提出的,而随着全球生产网络的完善,产品内分工和中间品贸易快速发展使得这一前提条件发生了改变。基于此,本文在对以往关于马歇尔-勒纳条件研究文献回顾的同时,构建模型并实证分析认为:全球生产网络的发展使得马歇尔-勒纳条件的适用性发生改变,汇率变动对贸易收支产生影响不仅需要进出口需求弹性之和大于1,还要考虑中间投入品的边际产出情况;而且不同行业由于全球生产网络发展完善程度不同,马歇尔-勒纳条件在各行业表现出不同程度的适用性。结论对我国制定相关政策有一定指导意义。
