资源型产业集群的结构与风险研究

Study on Structure and Risk of Resource-based Industrial Clusters

资源型产业集群作为一种特殊类型的产业集群,对区域经济的发展具有重要的驱动作用,但同时也有可能带来诸如经济衰退、环境污染等负面影响。资源型产业集群除了资源枯竭带来的结构性风险外,其自身产业链单向的、线性的集群内部结构特征也决定了和其他类型的集群相比具有更大的衰退风险。文章从集群的内部结构特征入手对该类产业集群的衰退风险作了具体分析,并对资源型产业集群可持续发展提出相应的对策建议。

Being a special industrial cluster, the resources-based industrial cluster is important to drive regional economic development, meanwhile it can bring to the negative influence , such as the economic decline, pollution, and so on. In addition to the structural risk of the resources being dried up, its own industrial chain is one-way and linear. Comparing to other types of industrial cluster, the internal structural characteristic also comes to a decision with higher decline risk. This paper made a concrete analysis about this type of industrial cluster from internal structure. It is suggested that the resource-based industrial cluster keep on sustaining development.
