From three-dimension Perspective, it is analyzed the factors that influence the releasing extent of entrepreneur human capital, including payment, propotion of control right＆residual claim fight, social reputation, market competition condition, element market competitiveness, ptotect institute of human capital property rights, political position, economic status, career standing and local culture etc. It is pointed out that increasing entrepreneur satisfaction to internal demand and improving entrepreneur growth enrionment can be raised the supply of entrepreneur human capital.
