摘要
文章从企业家人力资本个量、总量和存量的三维视角,分析影响企业家人力资本释放的因素,主要包括物质报酬、控制权和剩余权比例、社会声誉;市场竞争环境、要素市场发育程度;人力资本产权保护制度、企业家政治经济职业地位,并指出要增加企业家人力资本供给,需要提高企业家内在需求的满意度,改善企业家发育和成长的环境。
From three-dimension Perspective, it is analyzed the factors that influence the releasing extent of entrepreneur human capital, including payment, propotion of control right&residual claim fight, social reputation, market competition condition, element market competitiveness, ptotect institute of human capital property rights, political position, economic status, career standing and local culture etc. It is pointed out that increasing entrepreneur satisfaction to internal demand and improving entrepreneur growth enrionment can be raised the supply of entrepreneur human capital.
