摘要
目的对TR-R1根管长度测量仪与RootZX测量仪进行临床应用的比较研究,以评价分析其测量根管长度的准确性。方法将220个患牙的455个根管分别用两种根管测量仪确定根管工作长度,再按测量长度常规充填后进行X线摄片测量,比较二者的准确率。结果TR-R1测量的准确率为95.4%;RootZX测量的准确率为97.1%。结论TR-R1根管长度测量仪的准确率与RootZX一致,应用均安全、可靠,准确率高。
Objective To evaluate and analyze the clinical accuracy of TR-R1 endometer comparing with Root ZX endometer. Method To detect the length of 455 root cannal in 220 cases using TR-R1 and Root ZX respectively and to compare the precise rate with X-ray measuring result. Result The precise rate of TR-R1 is 95.4%, while Root ZX 97.1%. Conclusion Clinical application of TR-R1 in the root cannal working length measurement is reliable and safe with a high accuracy.
