摘要
以丙烯酸酯为主要原料,通过种子乳液聚合法合成核壳型水乳性纸塑复合胶粘剂。讨论了单体的选择和配比、引发剂、PVA保护胶体、乳化剂用量、聚合时间等因素对聚合反应及复合胶性能的影响。
Using acrylates as the main raw materials, the core-shell structure water-emulsion adhesive for paperplastic laminating was synthesized by seed emulsion polymerization. The effects of active monomer, initiator, polyvinyl alcohol (PVA) protective colloid, emulsifier and their amounts, reaction time on polymerization reaction and laminating adhesive properties were investigated.
