建设旁多水利枢纽工程的可行性和必要性

On feasibility and necessity of Pangduo hydroproject construction

旁多水利枢纽工程是《西藏自治区拉萨河流域综合规划修订报告》中推荐的拉萨河干流大型水利工程,是西藏自治区"十一五"重点水利建设项目,也是西藏已建及近期拟建的规模最大的水利枢纽工程。枢纽工程的开发任务以灌溉、发电为主,兼顾防洪和城市供水。《旁多水利枢纽工程项目建议书》已于2005年4月由水利部水电规划设计总院通过审查。简要阐述了旁多水利枢纽工程建设的可行性和必要性。

Pangduo hydropower project is a large conservancy project recommended in 《Revision Report of Comprehensive Plan for the Lasha river basin in Tibet Autonomous Region》, it is the backbone water conservancy project in 'The Eleventh Five-years Plan' and the largest water conservancy project to be constructed in Tibet in near future. The main functions of the project are irrigation and power generation, and the flood control and urban water supply are also taken into consideration. 《The Suggestion Book of Pangduo Hydropower Station》 had been passed examination by General Hydropower Plan and Design Institute of Water Resources Ministry. This paper gives brief presentation of the feasibility and necessity of Pangduo hydroproject construction.
