摘要 目的:对青钱柳(Cyclocarya Paliums)叶进行化学成分分离研究。方法:采用硅胶柱层析、薄层层析和Sephadex LH-20凝胶层析,并通过波谱学方法鉴定化合物的结构。结果:从青钱柳叶的75%乙醇提取物的氯仿提取物中分离得到6个化合物,分别鉴定为:β-谷甾醇(β-Sitosterol)(1),山俞酸(Behenic acid)(2),3β,20-二羟基-5β-孕甾烷(3β,20-di-hydroxyl-5β-Pregnanes)(3),山奈酚(Kaempferol)(4),β-香树脂醇(β-amyrin)(5)和β-香树脂酮(β-amyrone)(6)。结论:化合物3、5和6为首次从该植物中分离得到。 AIM: To study the chemical constituents of the leaves of Cyclocarya Paliums (Batal.) Iljinskaja. METHODS: Chemical constituents were separated through chromatographic methods and their structures were elucidated by spectral analysis. RESULTS: Six compounds were isolated from the chloroform fraction through 75% alcohol extraction from the leaves of Cyclocarya Paliums. Their structures were elucidated as β-Sitosterol ( 1 ), Behenic acid (2), 3β,20-dihydroxyl-5β-Pregnanes ( 3 ), Kaempferol (4), 13-amyrin ( 5 ), β-amyrone ( 6 ). CONCLU- SION : Compounds 3β,20-Dihydroxyl-5β-Pregnanes ( 3 ), β-amyrin ( 5 ) and 13-amyrone ( 6 ) are isolated from this plant for the first time.
