摘要
为快速模拟板材激光热成形全工艺变形过程,分析了板材激光成形的基本特征与加工特性,提出曲面几何学的方法与局部成形数据相互结合的曲面生成算法——几何参数法.该算法和数学模型通过VB程序实现,进行各种复杂曲面的成形模拟.模拟计算结果表明,所提出方法用于整个激光成形过程的模拟是可行的,且大大减少了模拟时间,为加工现场工艺实时辅助打下基础.
In order to realize the simulation of thermal forming for the total procedure for complex surfaces in short time, this paper described the fundamental characteristics and the processing properties for laser forming of metal sheets, and also suggested the geometrical parameter method by means of which the formed surface can be quickly created. It also presented the mathematical model according to which the surface-geometrical method is combined with measuring and/or numerical data concerning to a local irradiation, and numerical simulations are carried out. The simulation results show that this method is feasible, and possible to much reduction of the simulation time, therefore this method and simulation software provides the application basis for the real time supporting of the on-line procedure.
