摘要
针对传统的加热再生方法不仅能耗大,而且能量损失严重,从而限制了一些吸湿性能高、经济性好的固体除湿剂(如硅胶)在除湿空调系统中应用的问题,提出一种超声波再生技术,从理论上探讨固体除湿剂超声波再生的可行性,并进行实验验证.结果表明,利用超声波进行固体除湿剂再生是完全可行的.超声波再生有望降低固体除湿剂的再生温度,将具有重要的应用价值.
The traditional method of regeneration using heating has some fatal shortcomings, such as large energy consumptions and big energy losses, which has limited the application of many good-performance and low-cost dehumidizers (e. g. silica gel) in air-conditioning systems. This paper put forward a new regeneration method taking advantage of the technology of ultrasonic. The feasibility of regeneration using ultrasonic is set forth theoretically based on the well-known mechanism of ultrasonic. Meanwhile, experiment was done to prove that ultrasonic does work in the regeneration of solid dehumidizers. The special effect of ultrasonic may cut down the regeneration temperature of solid dehumidizers, which will have potential applications in the independent humidity control of air-conditioning system.
