摘要
从影响房地产的园林景观类型着手进行分析,得出园林景观对房地产的正负面影响。提出进行园林景观设计时要贯穿因地制宜、节约型园林理论,注重与周边景观和谐统一,营造合理、适用型房地产园林景观。以期对房地产园林景观的营造提出建议。
The article deducts the positive and negative influences of garden landscape on real estate from the perspective of garden landscape type influencing real estate. The article addresses that the principle of adaptation to local conditions and conservation- conscious garden shall be followed and the harmony with surrounding landscape shall be emphasized for creating reasonable and applicable real estate garden landscape. It is expected to give suggestions for creating real estate garden landscape.
