摘要
文章结合杭州"景上公寓"省级节能示范项目,简单探讨了夏热冬冷地区居住建筑实施节能65%标准的可行性。应用CHEC节能计算软件对示范项目的代表性住宅楼进行节能计算后得出了不同的建筑节能率,并对达到50%的强制性节能要求和65%节能率时的节能技术经济性能进行了详细对比分析。
The article is based on "Jing Shang Apartment" which is a provincial energy saving demonstration project in Hangzhou, to briefly discuss the feasibility of implementing the 65% energy saving standard on residential buildings in an area which is hot in summer and cold in winter. It gives different building energy saving percentages by applying CHEC energy saving calculation software to typical residential buildings of the demonstration project and gives detailed comparison and analysis on the economic performances of energy saving technology when a building' s energy saving percentage is up to 50% (compulsory) and 65%
