Deviation Rectification and Reinforcement in Overall Modification Work of Old Housing

文章针对旧住宅小区成套改造中,遇到的房屋倾斜值超过规范标准的情况,采用沉井水平冲水掏土法进行纠偏,用静压锚杆桩逆作法进行地基加固,使新老房屋间的整体性加强,实现纠偏的目的。经三年多的使用表明,方法可靠、有效、安全。

Based on the excessive housing inclination found in overall modification of an old residential quarter, the article describes the deviation rectification by horizontal water jetting in sunk wells and soil drawing-out and the foundation reinforcement by reverse building of filling static pressured anchor pile to realize overall reinforcement between new and old houses and deviation rectification. Over three-year use indicates that the method is reliable, effective and safe.
