Wet processing of bamboo/cotton/Tencel blended fabric

根据竹/棉/天丝纤维混纺织物各组分的性质,先采用精练酶冷轧堆练漂进行前处理,再用活性染料冷轧堆染色,以保持其各纤维的特性。加工后的混纺织物光泽度高、色泽均匀、手感柔软丰满,有较强的吸湿透气和抗菌功能。

Aiming at different characteristics of bamboo fiber, cotton fiber and Tencel fiber, the wet processing of their blended fabric is optimized. Trials are carried out as follows： cold pad-batch scouring and bleaching with scouring enzyme, followed by cold pad-batch dyeing with reactive dyestuffs, therefore, properties of various fibers are maintained in a maximum degree. The dyeings feature brilliant luster, union shade, soft handle, good moisture transport, as well as bacterial resistance, meanwhile, the process is benefit for environmental protection.
