摘要
经小鼠和大鼠２种动物灌胃给药进行最大耐受量（ＭＴＤ）的测定，结果小鼠的最大耐受量为１２０ｇ／（ｋｇ·ｄ），大鼠的最大耐受量为８０ｇ／（ｋｇ·ｄ），大鼠６个月口服给药长期毒性试验结果显示，除病理检查肝、肾出现小灶性坏死和间质性肺炎外，其余各项检测指标未见明显毒性反应。提示，临床用药是安全的。
The results of acute toxicity test of Mi Gu Tablets in mice and long term toxicity test in rats were reported. The maximum tolerance dose was 120g/(kg·d) in mice, the maximun tolerance dose was 80g/(kg·d) in rats. In the long term toxicity test after six months of administration intragastric dosages of 30～60g/(kg·d) (equivalent to 120～240times of the clinical dosage) no obviously toxic, reactions were observed except the pathological examination which revealed that the livers were and small local necrosis and small lungs were interstital pneumonia. It is indicated that the clinical dosage of Mi Gu Tablets is safe.
