哺乳动物卵母细胞超微结构的研究进展

Study progress on the ultrastructure of mammalian oocyte

通过对卵母细胞超微结构的研究,可进一步反映卵的质量,能更为客观的判断卵质量的优劣,在胚胎工程及细胞工程领域内发挥了重要的作用。该文对卵母细胞超微结构的研究方法和国内、外近年来的研究成果进行了总结,并对今后哺乳动物卵母细胞超微结构的研究重点进行了展望。

Used of TEM（Transmission electron microscopy） is the one of method that study the ultrastructure of oocyte. This study can reflect and estimate the quality of oocyte, so exert the important effect on the field of project of embryo and project of cell. This paper is summarized the technique and achievement on the uhrastructure of oocyte in the last twenty years, and in future reviewed this study emphases on the ultrastructure of mammalian oocyte in the world.
