睾丸支持细胞结构、功能及研究进展 被引量:20

摘要 在睾丸生精小管的上皮内存在生精细胞和支持细胞,支持细胞呈不规则形状,核细长,核仁大,表面积巨大。各级生精细胞处于支持细胞的包围中,随着生精细胞发育阶段的不同,睾丸支持细胞也发生相应的形态变化,以更好的维持生精细胞的发育。支持细胞参与血-睾屏障的形成,维持睾丸内的生精微环境;支持细胞分泌多种因子,它不但供给生精细胞营养,还可以为生精细胞提供免疫豁免的环境。近年来人们对睾丸支持细胞的形态结构和功能有了不断的了解。现就支持细胞的功能和研究进展进行综述。 There have germ cells and sertoli cells exist in the seminiferous epithelium of seminiferous tubule in testicle. The type of Sertoli cells is irregularity, nucleus is slenderness, nucleolus is large, surface area is enormous. Sertoli cells surround germ cells, sertoli cells must transform themselves to sustain germ cells during germ cell development and movement. Sertoli cell secrete many factors, not only supply germ cells but can provide an environment with immune privilege for germ cells. Recently, scientists learned some knowledges about structure and functions of sertoli cells, Now we reviewed current progress in the functions and application of sertoli cells.
